Calls me anywhere between 1 to 3 times a day on all week days. Asks me to verify my name and social security number and when I refuse to divulge any information without further info about who is calling they hang up.
Are they really capital one finance?
Called and left an automated message about fraudulent activity and to call back before a legal case proceeded against me. But then again, I'm being called by a lot of numbers from telemarketing, possible spam per: phone ID..
Illegal action for social security
My father in law was called from this number and was told his social security benefits were stopped because of fraud and that they needed his full name and social security number to fix it. He's not stupid, so he didn't give them the information they wanted and went to the social security administration building to make a complaint.
This number called me and leave me a message saying that I need to call them back because there is something I need to fixed about my SSA. The guy has Asian accent. So I all really blocked them out.
Yes this number is calling me and harassing me about my social Security number. And threatening me
They are harassed a dead lady
Said they were a law firm and I was listed as a defendant in a lawsuit. Before they could provide me with details they told me I would have to give them the last 4 digits of my social security number. When I suggested they contact my attorney they started to get defensive and told me to have my lawyer call them and ask for an extension number. When I asked which number would be best to call them back at (these guys have called me from three numbers) he refused to give me a number and told me that I already knew what that number was. I called him out on his scam and he denied it before he hung up.
