    Yes. They said my bank Acct would be charged $199 (in text message) and $299 (live voice)- if I don’t reNew subscription. Is any agency doing anything about these types of phone calls. A lot of people-especially the elderly get taken in by this and scammed out of money. If I can reach the number back a government agency would be able to do also and track down the scammers. It would be nice if some of our tax dollars were use for protecting people

    Automated voice / robo call from 'Microsoft support' advising me of a $299 immediate auto deduction. Clearly a scam. Too bad Bill Gates and crew can't drop a buck or two, trace the origin, and shut these useless people down for good. Clearly the do not call registry is as effective as a fax machine to combat modern bad actors and threat scenarios.

    dont know anyone in alvarado tx, the caller id - so i simple lift the phone and instantly hand up - seems to work, my 2 and 3 unwanted calls daily has slowed way down
